Eweje Plant Juices are extracted from plants that are organically cultivated in the botanical garden on the Eko University campus or are gathered from natural, wild growing plants in that area in western equatorial Africa. Eweje Plant juices are made from these two sources only. Although the ingredients listed for each Eweje Plant Juice include some familiar botanical names for plants grown in other areas of the world, the exact species are different. All botanical species used in Eweje Plant Juices are grown in Nigeria. Dr. Ibraheem has tried to grow these botanical species in other areas of the world, but they are less potent and less effective.

Eweje Plant Juices are made from fresh plants. They are not teas, infusions or decoctions made from dried or processed plants, and they are not alcohol tinctures. The only ingredients are the extracted plant juices and purified water. Eweje Plant Juices are stabilized using a homeopathic process. No alcohol, preservatives, stabilizers or coloring agents are used. No sweeteners are added. They are gluten free.

Eweje Plant Juices have been evolved from traditional Yoruba recipes. They contain combinations of naturally occurring nutrients and phytochemicals that are unique. They are highly valued in the ancient Yoruba phytomedicine tradition and are being studied for their beneficial effects by Dr. Ibraheem and the Pharmacognosy Department at the Eko University of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Eweje Plant Juices are made at the Pharmacognosy Department at the Eko University of Medicine and Health Sciences in compliance with guidelines that are superior to the U.S. FDA’s Dietary Supplement Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). They are tested for purity and potency using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Eweje Plant Juices are kept refrigerated during shipping and storage. The one exception to this is CAN. It does not need to be refrigerated. When refrigerated they are stable for up to five years. At room temperature they are stable for up to five days.
